About the Show
Into The McNultyverse
Into The McNultyverse is a serialized audio drama for curious kids and the adults who love them. Set on the mid-coast town of Saltpoint, the show follows twelve-year-old Mike McNulty through the summer he discovers he can bend the weather — and that the amulet he found in the old lighthouse might be older than the town itself. Each episode unravels a little more of a mystery that has been waiting decades to be found.
Saltpoint is a small town where ordinary life and extraordinary things exist side by side. The harbor fog rolls in when it has something to say. The lighthouse has been dark for thirty years, but the light still turns. Every resident is keeping at least one secret — and some of them have been keeping it since before Mike’s parents were born. The town isn’t magical in a fairy-tale sense. It’s magical the way old places sometimes are: layered, particular, and slightly aware of itself.
The creative vision behind the show is simple: make something that trusts its audience. Kids 8–12 deserve stories with real stakes, real atmosphere, and real characters who feel the weight of what they’re discovering. The format — serialized audio drama, released weekly — is a deliberate choice. It rewards patience and attention. It asks you to listen closely. In return, it tries to give you a world worth getting lost in.
